- Sales Administrator
Requirement :
- Ability in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet)
- Have experience as Admin/Customer Service/Admin Sales/Admin Online Shop or experienced in handling customer and administrative tasks related in customer inquiries, questions, and complaints
- Excellent skills in communication, initiative, problem solving, and customer handling
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excels), and Google Workspace
- Able to work neatly, organized, and structured in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Bandung and willing to work from office.
Job Description :
- Responsible in all administrative process, archiving and organizing customer’s data, maintaining and processing documents related to enquiries
- Compiling information from potential buyers to the database
- Creating Service Offer Documents for potential buyers
- Organizing buyers’ database by category in Sasana Digital’s CRM system
- Assist Business Development team in preparing sales reports
- Coordinating with Business Development and Marketing Division in handling customer enquiries and business-support activities.
Kuota 1 orang, pelaksanaan secara Onsite dengan lokasi penempatan Kota Bandung.
