Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Front-end dev Develop robust and scalable software by building new features, performing debugging, and optimizing applications.
• Back end dev Develop robust and scalable software by building new features, performing debugging, and optimizing applications
• Quality Assurance Collaborate with developers and PMs to understand requirements and define test scenarios, Execute manual and automated tests
• Product manager Assist Product Manager in planning and developing product roadmaps., Conduct research on user needs, competitor analysis, and market trends, and Coordinate with design and engineering teams to support product development.
• Scrum master
• Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, Help monitor sprint progress and maintain agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello),  Document team progress, key decisions, and lessons learned
• Social Media Specialist Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), Monitor trends and social media performance, and provide insights or suggestions for improvement, collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• UI/UX Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing, Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe X, Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate design solutions.
• Mobile Developer Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms, Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and design mobile experiences, Assist in debugging and performance optimization of mobile apps.
• Graphic Designer Design visual assets for marketing needs (social media, ads, decks, etc.), Develop visual brand elements (icons, styles, layouts), Manage visual assets and ensure design consistency across platforms

Requirement :

• Front end dev Proficiency and experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or VueJS (preferred)., familiar GIT
• Back end dev Familiarity with database engines such as MySQL, Experienced in PHP framework (Laravel preferred) or NodeJS (Express), Experienced in making secure REST API.
• Quality Assurance Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies, Familiar with basic testing tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, or similar). Cypress preffered
• Product Manager  Basic understanding of product management concepts and tools (e.g., wireframing, user flows, agile), Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Scrum master Strong interest in Agile/Scrum methodologies and teamwork dynamics, excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Social Media Specialist Passionate about social media and digital trends, Creative, detail-oriented, and able to express ideas visually and textually, Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics tools.
• UI/UX Passion for user-centered design and digital product development, Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, user flows, and usability best practices.
• Mobile Developer Has an interest in mobile development using React Native, Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Familiar with React Native core components and navigation.
• Graphic Designer Super creative mindset, Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback in the design iteration process.
